Who are your merchants?
  Please visit the "shopping" on our Web site.
How many points do I get for each dollar I spend?
  It depends on the Smart Merchant. They may reward you 1, 5, 10 or more points per dollar you spend with them. For example, if you spend $100 at a Smart Merchant that gives 10 points per dollar, you'll receive 1000 points.
For each point I collect, how much cash back will I get?
  You'll get 1 cent for every point you collect. For example, if you have collected 1000 points, you'll get 1000 cents = $10.
How do I get points when others shop?
  Whenever someone you refer shops at a Smart Merchant, we'll reward you with additional points; the equivalent of 5% of the points this person collects. For example, if this person collects 1000 points from shopping, you'll get an additional 50 points (5% of 1000).
Can I choose not to earn from my referrals?
  Sure. You can choose not to earn from your referrals. Simply select your preference in the Morvo Member Area.
How do I exchange my points for cash?
  You don't have to do anything. The points that you collect will automatically be converted to cash each month for you.
How do I cash out?
  To cash out, all you need to do is make an encashment request in the Morvo Member Area. For countries where we have established a banking relationship, we will deposit the cash directly into your bank account. This is currently available in Singapore. For all other countries, you'll receive a check in the mail.

How long has Morvo been around?
  Morvo has been around since 2003.

Can I refer people who are overseas?
  Yes, we accept members worldwide. Anyone who is at least 12 years of age or above can register with you as a Morvo member.

Collecting Points

What are points?
  Points are rewards that Morvo Smart Merchants give you for shopping with them.
How can I collect points?
  You can collect points whenever you or your referrals make purchases from Morvo Smart Merchants.
Do you have a directory of Morvo Smart Merchants?
  Yes, please click on our "shopping" link.
How can I check how many points I have?
  Simply log in to our Morvo Member Area and you can check how many points you have collected.
How long does it take for the points to be credited into my account?
  Depending on the Smart Merchant’s mode of deposition, points will be credited into your account either instantaneously or within 14 days after you make your purchase.
Is it true that my points never expire?
  Yes, the points that you collect will never expire. They will automatically be converted to cash each month for you.
Why do I get points when the friends I refer to Morvo collect points?
  It’s our way of thanking you for recommending your friends to join Morvo.
How do I know how many points I can get for a particular product in the participating merchant’s shop?
  This may vary from merchant to merchant. In general, you may find the number of points displayed on the merchandise in physical outlets. You may also ask the sales personnel at the establishment. For online stores, you'll find the points displayed at the home page of our partner e-mall, Ovago.
Will I get points when my referrals make purchases a year from now?
  Yes, as long as you are still a Morvo member.
Is there a limit to the amount of points I can collect?
  No, there is no limit to the amount of points you can collect.
Can points be combined or transferred from different accounts to get rewards faster?
  Sorry, points cannot be combined nor transferred from different accounts.
What is the cut-off time for points collection within a particular month?
  It will be the last day of the calendar month based on Singapore Time (GMT +0800).

What are the methods of cashing out?
  For countries where we have established a banking relationship, we will deposit the cash directly into your bank account. This is currently available for Singapore. For all other countries, you'll receive a check in the mail.

What is the Morvo Personal Web Site?
  Your Morvo PWS is your very own Morvo Web site, which is given to you free upon registration. You can refer your friends to your Morvo PWS, so that they can learn about the benefits of joining Morvo as well as register with you.
Why should I use the Morvo PWS?
  Because it is available worldwide at any time, even while you’re asleep. Thus you can rely on it to easily build your global referral base, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When will I get my Morvo PWS?
  Upon successful registration, your Morvo PWS will be immediately created. Instructions on accessing your Morvo PWS will be given on the Web after you have successfully registered, as well as sent to you via e-mail.

Registration

Can I register as a referral with another Morvo member?

How long does it take before my membership is issued after registration?
  Your membership will be issued immediately upon successful registration.
Who is eligible to sign up as a Morvo member?
  Anyone can register to be a Morvo member, as long as they are at least 12 years of age or above.
How do I register as a Morvo member?
  Simply visit the Morvo personal Web site of the person who referred you to Morvo, and fill in the online registration form.
Is there an age limit to becoming a Morvo member?
  Yes. You must be at least 12 years of age.
What will I receive after registration as a Morvo member?
  You will receive your own personalized Web site, known as your Morvo Personal Web site and access to the Morvo Member Area, where you can manage your account online and access member-only information. Details will be sent to you via email after you’ve registered.
What are the various methods of registration?
  Online registration from this Web site is the quickest, most efficient and the only way to enjoy membership.

How do I change my account information?
  Simply log in to our Morvo Member Area to change your account information.
What happens if I forget my password?
  All you have to do is enter your Member# and answer some verification questions at the Morvo Member Area. You password will then be sent to your email instantly.
Will I receive spam e-mails from Morvo?
  Absolutely not. Morvo will only send you e-mails related to the interests that you have specified, as well as information about the latest announcements and promotions from Morvo.

Unsubscribing and Terminating Membership

If I want to terminate my membership, what should I do?
  To terminate your membership, please log in to the Member Area at www.morvo.com/memberarea with your Member#, and click on "Settings" on the left. Do note that upon termination, any rewards you may have accrued will be forfeited.

Please DO NOT email us with termination requests. Due to security reasons, we will NOT be able to accede to such requests via email.
Are there any fees involved in termination of membership?
  There are no fees involved in the termination of membership.
Can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
  Sure, you can unsubscribe at any time. All mailings, except corporate announcements, are optional. To manage your email preferences, please log in to the Member Area at www.morvo.com/memberarea with your Member#, and click on "Settings" on the left.
